SAUNAS
The event area has more than 40 different saunas, from small infrared saunas to a gigantic sauna for 250 people. Saunas are available to the public during the event.
All saunas are open for both men and women and swimwear is required at all times.
Luggage storage
At the entrance, there is a luggage room where you may leave your belongings for a small fee of 3€. In addition, the sauna area has lockers for storage and guarded storage points.
Information and Lost & Found
There is an information desk located at the entrance during the whole event, to serve in case of emergency. The information desk also operates as a Lost & Found. After the event, the items from the Lost & Found will be delivered to a Lost & Found point Löytötavarapiste, Kampin keskus, Narinkka 3, Helsinki.
Information desk operates festival merchandice point aswell.
Photography
For photography and other recording we abide by the copyright law. Taking photographs for your own festival collection is very much allowed and even recommended. Recording of video and sound is prohibited. In case taking photos in saunas or terraces please ask persons permission!
BRINGING PHOTOGRAPHY STANDS AND SELFIE STICKS TO THE EVENT AREA IS PROHIBITED!
Disabled guests
If one of our guests needs assistance, a companion giving assistance may enter free of charge. We ask that you inform of the need for assistance at the entrance.
Pets
The bringing of animals to the festival is prohibited! An exception are trained service dogs who are working.
Alcohol serving areas
The whole event area is licensed for the consumption of alcohol, so the age limit is over 18. The exception is Sunday, when the precinct has separate areas where alcohol is served, and elsewhere there is no age limit.
From Thursday-Saturday there are a number of licensed sales points and mobile vendors will also be selling their products in the sauna area. Bringing alcoholic beverages to the venue is prohibited.
Payment
You can pay by cash, as well as major credit cards.
Nearest ATM can be found in 200 meters in the corner of Runeberginkatu ja Mannerheimintie.
Prohibited articles
Alcohol and other drugs, explosives, fireworks, ammunition, sharp objects and firearms, umbrellas, glass bottles or plastic bottles containing liquid of over 0,5 l, Video cameras and recording equipment, camera tripods, pets, horns and other objects making loud noises, own shampoos and conditioners.
It is allowed to bring empty plastic bottles, photo cameras (including SLRs), bags (if they do not contain any prohibited articles), fan signs without feet or stands.
First aid
There is a First Aid point in the area with staff on duty the entire time.
